Tummy Tuck Testimonial

I came to Dr. Robles in June because I have lost a lot of weight and I wanted to have some tummy tuck done. And that's when I first came here, back in 2017. The experience at that time was awesome because he gave me the motivation to get it done, first of all. Second of all, it was amazing to me that I didn't have to go through other procedures that I was told before. So that made it more empowering me, empowering me to get it done. I can show you the result. The reason why, it's because I can wear something that I have never been able to do, which is this right now, and I can do it proudly. It does give me the confidence of 100% plus, and I recommend everybody to get it done. Really what impressed me is that he listened to me. He asked me what I wanted. He told me what I needed. Because I could ask what I want, but it's not going to give me the result that I'm looking for. So he guided me through it until the correct process was what needed to be done. That's what really impressed me of his office. The welcoming of the staff, they know you by your name. They greet you all the time, very personal and I love it because to me when somebody calls me and they're like, "Well, you have an appointment," and that's it, to me, is not impressed. That person doesn't . . . the clinic or the hospital, or whatever, does not care about your specific health. So for me, it's really important they care. "Hey, Omyra, it's so-and-so from the office." You know, "Just want to remind you of your appointment with Dr. Robles, and it's this time." So that's really important. Personally, I would not go with anyone else but Dr. Robles. That's one thing, recommend 100%. I'll stand 100% behind this office. Because of all the work that I've gotten within me, I'm extremely, super happy of what I have done.
